Click on BOOK NOW on the site pages to schedule photoshoots, or you may contact us directly for special property shoot requests if needed. Please allow 2-3 days before the requested photoshoot date for scheduling purposes. If you have to cancel or reschedule, please give us 24 hours notice.
Payment must be received when job has been completed. You can pay directly on the website. Payment is due 7 days after the photoshoot or a $75 fee will incur if payment hasn’t been made. Full photoshoot payment is still required even if the property is sold before the listing is made.
Please have the property ready to shoot when the photographer arrives. The property will be shot AS IS, and the photographer is not responsible for cleaning and organizing the property. No onsite staging will be done by the photographer. Simple tasks such as turning on all lights, turning off fans and opening blinds/windows is an exception.
Multiple shots of a single room will be counted for the amount of photos given to the agent/client. The photographer will take the standard shots for each room in multiple angles unless otherwise specified by the agent. Extra small bathrooms will be photographed if possible as it may not show the entire room. All pets and animals at the property must not be visable during the shoot.
The photographer will provide the best final pictures to the client/agent. Our editing team is proficient in photoshop and can remove cars from driveways, unsightly objects from the interior and exterior as well as adding in green grass and making significant touchups to make the property shine. No task is impossible to make the listing sell. A $75 an hour fee will incur for such adjustments. (skyswaps are included in all photoshoots)
The final images will be sent electronically via dropbox or google drive, or on a specific platform required by the agent. All images are copyrighted to MICHAELBYRDPHOTOGRAPHY and may not be used beyond the agents use other then to sell the listing.
